As our reputation grew, we pioneered customized salt-brick microclimate cells. By surrounding prime grass-fed steers with imported Himalayan rock-salt blocks, we unlocked clean humidity dynamics that dry meat cleanly, concentrating rich protein elements while raising moisture extraction.
